Founded by Jazzmin Pitts, mental health advocate, speaker, and organizational consultant, Mental Stamina Consulting helps organizations integrate attachment awareness and emotional literacy into leadership development and workplace culture. Through interactive trainings, workshops, and leadership programs, we help teams understand the emotional patterns that often operate beneath the surface of professional environments.
